RECONNECTING WITH YOUR HAPPY PLACE
Last week I had a wonderful chat with Fiona Clark on my weekly Instagram Thursday live.(@shuvonshuvoff) Fiona says she loves working with spiritual heart female entrepreneurs who want to know how to increase their vibration by letting go of the "I'm fine" mask, old energy patterns and limitations, somethings many of us can relate to.
She is a Kinesiologist, Life Coach, theta Healer, Solution Focused &Energy Freedom Technique (EFT)Practitioner, who never stops being curious as to how she can help people be the best they can be.
She says that her passion is to inspire and empower women to emerge totally reconnected to their inner happiness, feel energised and recover the courage to step into who they truly are.
She explained that we all have the ability to tap into our own chest of simple skills to create the life we dream off. She can help you recognise those skills.
Fiona told us about her life as a British Airways hostess for fifteen years, which took her all over the world. She said it was during that time in 1991 that she was involved in a car accident and hurt her neck. She suffered for sometime with her injuries and it was only when she came across a women who did alternative therapies that it was healed. This sparked her interest in finding out more about how our bodies have the ability to heal themselves. Over the last twenty nine years Fiona has been on a path of self discovery and a journey to reconnect with herself and her inner happiness. Learning how to help others do the same along the way.
She explained how we empower ourselves in our middle years to step up after being left traumatised and lost. She works through the Chakras to clear away the limitations we put on ourselves and to allow our energy to flow freely and more easily. This she says allows us to be in a "high state of BEING, to successfully flourish in life.
She specialises in EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, which she explained was when we tap on the ends and beginnings of our meridian points, the energy pathways that go up and down our bodies, there are 14 of them. Each meridian is related to an organ and each one has an emotion attached to it. She says we have everything we need in our bodies to reconnect to feeling better.
I asked her about the stresses of the menopause symptoms. Fiona says it is worse if you are stressed but if you are in balance you can deal with a lot of the symptoms much better.
She outlined her ABC to feeling a bit better.
A:Awareness (of where we feel it in the body?) What do we need to focus on?
B: Breath (when we breath from the upper part of the body we are in "fight and flight" mode and this is bad for the body. ) She went through a good breathing technique to connect with the Vagus nerve to make the body relax.
C: Changing your state. Things as simple as going for a walk or putting on some music allows energy to flow.
You can also use the EFT Technique to bring the body back into balance. If we are in pain our energy cannot flow, it needs to be released.
